🧩 The Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented Full-Cycle Sales AE to take ownership of our sales process from prospecting to closing. You’ll work directly with utilities and partners around the world, identifying opportunities, demonstrating value, and driving adoption of Qatium’s platform. This is a strategic role with direct impact on revenue and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on market needs and deliver outstanding solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through outbound strategies and lead follow-up.
Solution Selling: Deliver compelling demos and proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs.
Sales and Negotiation: Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction with Qatium’s solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates on prospecting and account performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to offer valuable insights to clients.
💡 What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle sales roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
Expertise: Strong track record in consultative or solution-based selling.
Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
Mindset: Growth-oriented, resourceful, and driven by impact.

Tech-Savviness: Comfortable working with modern cloud-based platforms, talking about APIs, and integration workflows.
